Fairness of education in our country the understanding and reflection of education equity is the embodiment and extension of social justice in the field of education, including the equality of educational rights and educational opportunities for such two basic aspects. Fairness in education has become the basic value of modern education, become the basic starting point of education policy of all countries in the world, in addition to receiving education has become the basic human rights in modern society, education can significantly improve the living condition of people, promote social justice, and realize social equality is regarded as the greatest tool.
Because of the actual situation of Chinas large population, vast territory, economic and cultural development is uneven among regions, the fair education in China has been greatly improved, there are still significant gaps and some problems. In the education into a new developing stage, the education fair problem has been highlighted. The main performance is: due to the social and economic development imbalance caused by differences in area; because of the differences between urban and rural areas and rural city caused tremendous development differences; because of the gap between rich and poor and family social and cultural background of different form of class differences in education; because of the gender differences between men and women caused by historical and cultural traditions; in between the Han and minority ethnic difference etc..
