郑州航空工业管理学院 毕 业 论 文（设 计） 2013届 材料成型及控制工程 专业 0906091 班级 题 目 吸铝管中端消失模铸造成型工艺研究 姓 名 陈庆 学号 090609103 指导教师 刘长红 职称 副教授 二О一三年 五 月 二十七日 内 容 摘 要 消失模铸造技术是将与铸件尺寸形状相似的泡沫模型粘结组合成模型簇，刷耐火涂料并烘干后，埋在干石英砂中振动造型，在一定条件下浇铸金属液，使模型气化并占据模型位置，凝固冷却后形成所需逐渐的方法。 本文研究了吸铝管中端消失模铸造成型工艺，首先分析消失模铸件的生产流程，吸铝管中段用消失模铸造相比于传统铸造的优点。通过对吸铝管中端零件的结构分析，从而确定工艺流程如下：计算铸件收缩率，确定铸件图；根据铸件图分析并计算样板尺寸；切割并组合粘贴泡沫，然后分析并确定浇铸方式与浇铸系统各组元尺寸，粘贴内浇道和直浇道；再经过涂刷、烘干、填砂、振动紧实、抽真空、浇铸、清理，完成吸铝管中段消失模铸造的成型工艺研究。 关键词 消失模铸造；泡沫模型；涂料；吸铝管 The Aluminum Suction Pipe End Molding Process Research EPC Casting Author:chen qing Tutor: Liu Changhong Abstract Lost foam casting technology is similar to the size of casting shape foam model bond portfolio into the cluster model, brush coating and drying, buried in the dry quartz sand vibration molding, casting metal liquid under certain conditions, the model for gasification and occupy model, solidification and cooling to form required gradually method. This paper mainly introduces processes research of the aluminum suction pipe end of EPC casting molding . First, introducing process of EPC casting , accorded to the aluminum suction pipe end parts of the structure，analysising advantages of EPC casting compared to the traditional casting , analysising aluminum suction pipe section ,Through the analysis of the aluminum suction pipe end parts of the structure, so as to determine the process as follows: Calculation of casting shrinkage rate, determine the casting drawing; according to the analysis and calculation of sample size; composite paste foam, then analyze and confirm the casting method and casting system component size, cut and paste the ingate and the sprue; after brushing, drying, sand casting, complete the research on forming process of suction tubes vanish mould casting.
