假肢装配患者心理健康评估【摘要】 目的 调查假肢装配患者的心理健康状况,为假肢装配和功能训练提供心理学参考指标。方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL---90)对156例假肢装配患者进行心理健康状况评估,人机对话,电脑评定。结果 假肢装配患者症状自评量表(SCL―90)心理评定发现:心理健康状况好22例,占14.10%;心理健康状况良好56例,占35.90%;心理健康状况一般50例,占32.05%;心理健康状况较差28例,占17.95%。因子评分除人际和精神病性外,其余7项因子总平均分2分,其中焦虑、忧郁和强迫因子总平均分3。结论 假肢装配患者存在不同程度的心理障碍,假肢装配中有必要进行心理干预,消除患者心理障碍,使患者积极配合康复训练,早日康复。 【关键词】 假肢装配心理评估症状自评量表 【中图分类号】R826.9【文献标识码】 B 【文章编号】1005-0515(2010)005-009-02 Mental Health Assessment of Patients undergoing artificial limbs installation Xiaomin RenJiejun LuanXiaoxin Dong Abstract: Objective Investigate mental health status of patients undergoing artificial limbs installation, and provide psychological reference standards for artificial limbs installation and functional training. Methods Used the self-report Symptom Checklist (SCL --- 90) to assess patients? mental health status in 156 cases of artificial limbs installation before artificial limbs treatments, man-machine dialogue and computer evaluation. Results Patients? mental health conditions before artificial limbs installation were bad. As it showed in the Symptom Checklist (SCL --- 90): 22 patients with good mental health condition (14.10%); 56 patients with above average mental health condition (35.90%); 50 patients with average mental health condition (32.05%); 28 patients with bad mental health condition (17.95%). Except for interpersonal and psychotic factors, the other seven factors all scored 2 points, especially, factors of anxiety, depression and force scored 3 points. Conclusion Patients undergoing amputation and artificial limb treatments have different degrees of psychological barriers, psychological intervention is needed during the amputation and artificial limb installation, in order to eliminate patients? mental block, so that patients can actively cooperate with the rehabilitation and early recovery.
