城市生态住区规划设计探析摘要：城市居住区大面积开发建设的同时，也在消耗大量的资源和能源，从而加剧人类的生存环境危机。因而各国开始探索一种可持续发展的人类聚居模式—城市生态小区，希望通过调整人居环境的生态关系，使小区成为具有自然生态和人类生态、自然环境和人工环境、物质文明和精神文明高度统一的理想城市住区。城市生态住区作为居住区建设的主要发展方向，对保护城市生态环境、提高居住环境质量、实现城市住区的可持续发展等目标具有重要的意义。本文试将生态学的基本观点、原理运用到城市住区规划设计领域，从建筑、城市和可持续发展的关系中寻求生态小区的定义，从住区的外部环境、内部整体环境以及住宅环境的生态设计等方面进行分析，研究自然生态规划、经济生态规划和社会生态规划等方面，探索一种适用于我国的城市生态小区类型。 关键词：城市生态型小区;生态学;可持续发展 Abstract: While the urban residential areas are developed in large area, a great number of resources and energy are consumed, exacerbating the environmental crisis of human survival. Therefore, nations around the world begin to explore a kind of sustainable human settlements mode - urban ecological community, by adjusting the ecological relationship in human living environment to create a ideal urban living area with high coordination between natural ecology and human ecology, natural environment and artificial environment, material and spiritual civilization. As the main direction of residential area, the urban ecological residential area is of great signigicance for protecting urban ecological environment, improving living environment standard and realizing the sustainable development of the residential area. This paper will apply the ecology points and principles into the planning and design of urban settlements, seeking the definition of ecological community from the relationship among architecture, city and sustainable development. And an analysis from the external environment, internal environment as well as the residential environment eco-design is made to study the natural ecological planning, economic and ecological planning and social and ecological planning, to explore a urban ecological community type suitable for China’.
