大直径钢管顶管施工技术研究

摘 要 ：为研究和完善管幕预筑法建造地下空间技术，结合大直径钢管顶管工程施工实践，对大直径钢
管顶管这一关键施工技术进行研究，分析了大直径钢管顶管的技术特点与施工流程，总结了大直径钢管顶管
施工各工序的操作方法、施工技术、注意事项、质量控制措施、大直径钢管顶管施工控制测量与纠偏纠圆技
术，为制定大直径钢管顶管施工方案和施工质量控制提供指导，为管幕预筑法建造地下空间技术后续施工提
供了保障．

Research of Large Diameter Pipe Jacking Construction Technology

Abstract: Based on large diameter steel pipe jacking construction practice, the critical construction of
large diameter steel pipe jacking technology were studied to study and improve the building technology with
Pipe-roof Pre-construction Method (PPM) in underground space. The technical characteristics and
construction of large diameter steel pipe jacking process have been analyzed, the operation of each process,
construction technology and matters needing attention and quality control measures of the large diameter
steel pipe jacking construction method, and the large diameter steel pipe jacking construction control survey
and rectification full circle
