Survivin在人脑星形细胞瘤表达及意义[摘要] 目的 探讨Survivin在人脑星形细胞瘤的表达及与星形细胞瘤发生发展之间的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学Elivision二步法检测53例脑星形细胞瘤组织和10例正常脑组织标本中Survivin的表达水平。结果 Survivin在正常脑组织无表达；在脑星形细胞瘤组织中Survivin的表达阳性率为64.1%，且随星形细胞瘤病理级别的增高而表达增强（P＜0.05）。结论 Survivin的高表达与脑星形细胞瘤的恶性进展有关。 [关键词] Survivin； 脑星形细胞瘤； 免疫组化 [中图分类号] R730.264 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2009）13-104-02 Expression and Significance of Survivin in the Human Astrocytomas WANG Xinping1 MEI Jinhong2 1.Department of Pathology，the Medical College of Jiujiang University，Jiangxi 332000；2.Department of Pathology，the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University，Nanchang 330006 [Abstract] ObjectiveTo explore the expression level of Survivin in the human astrocytomas and its relationship between tumorigenesis and progression of the human astrocytomas. MethodsThe expression level of Survivin protein was investigated by immunohistochemistry Enivision method in 53 cases of the human astrocytomas and 10 cases of normal brain tissues. Results34 of 53（64.1%） astrocytic tumors expressed survivin. The distributions included 7 of 18（38.9%） diffuse astrocytomas，14 of 19（74.7%） anaplastic astrocytomas，and 13 of 16（81.3%）glioblastomas，and the positive rate was increased associated with tumor grade getting higher. Survivin was not found expression in the normal brain tissue. ConclusionThe strong relationship between m alignant grade and survivin expression indicates that expression of survivin may relate to tumor m alignant progression of astrocytic tumors． [Key Words]Survivin protein； Brain astrocytoma； Immunohistochemistry Survivin是新发现的一种凋亡抑制蛋白，具有强大的抗细胞凋亡以及促进有丝分裂的作用，并与人类多种肿瘤的形成密切相关[1]。本文采用免疫组织化学方法检测Survivin蛋白在人脑星形细胞瘤的表达，并分析其临床意义，现报道如下。 1 材料与方法 1.1 组织标本 53例星形细胞瘤标本来自南昌大学第一附属医院病理科2004～2007年存档的蜡块，其中男性33例，女性20例；年龄18～72岁；按WHO 2000年分类标准，包括弥漫性星形细胞瘤18例，间变形星形细胞瘤19例，胶质母细胞瘤16例； 10例正常脑组织取自九江学院病理教研室尸体解剖标本。 1.2 免疫组化 4mm石蜡切片常规脱蜡至水，行微波抗原修复，以下按Elivision试剂盒说明书进行操作。兔抗人Survivin多克隆抗体（试剂均购于中杉生物技术有限公司），DAB显色，苏木素复染。胃癌阳性对照标本由南昌大学第一附属医院病理科提供，用PBS代替一抗作
