健康教育对绝经过度期及激素替代妇女重要性【摘 要】目的：通过对围绝经期妇女的健康教育，使其对激素替代(HRT)具有一定的认知性，了解HRT的适应症和应用HRT时医疗检查的必要性。方法：对随机抽样的986例女性病人进行系统的围绝经期健康教育及用药指导，建立医疗手册，并行问卷调查，针对具体情况给以分析及解释，并予适当的治疗。医护人员与病人沟通、交流，同时通过教育使病人家属及配偶均具备有关围绝经期的常识，理解并关心病人，给予精神心理支持，协助病人渡过困难时期。结果：所有接受过健康教育及用药指导的986例病人，进行再次随访，对围绝经期出现症状有了初步的认识，知晓率达到87.93%，有轻度临床症状者经过健康教育的正确引异趋于好转。有适应症，自愿用HRT的有87例，其中54例对HRT有深刻的认识，达62.07%。有61例一般状况得以改善，无一例发生子宫内膜癌、乳腺癌等与HRT有关的疾病。 【关键词】健康教育；绝经过度期；激素替代(HRT) Importance of health education for women in menopausal transitional period or with hormone replacement therapy YU Junping Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology，Fenyang Hospital，Fenyang，032200 Shanxi 【Abstract】Objectives：Health education was offered to women in menopausal transitional period to make them understand the indication of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and the necessity of medical examination before the application of HRT. Methods：986 randomly selected female patients were offered systematic menopausal health education and drug usage instruction. Patients profiles were established and questionnaires were applied to analyze and explain individual patient’s condition with the aim of proper treatment. Doctors and nurses were required to communicate with patients，understand and care for patients，give them psychological support，educate their relatives and assist them to go through the difficult menopausal periods. Results：Follow-up studies were carried out on these patients who received health education and drug usage instruction. The results showed that most of these patients (87.93%) had basic understanding about the symptoms of menopausal periods. Among patients indicated by HRT，87 cases were willing to use HRT and 54 cases had detailed understanding of HRT (62.07%). Sixty-one cases showed improvement.
