子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术后妊娠状态相关影响因素临床探究[摘要] 目的 评估子宫内膜息肉合并不孕患者宫腔镜术后的妊娠状况的相关影响因素。方法 通过对2007年1月～2009年6月就诊于温岭市中医院妇产科的不孕患者152例进行回顾性分析。结果 在152例患者中总的妊娠率为65.79%，其中术后6个月内妊娠率为51.32%。Logistic 多因素回归分析年龄、不孕年限、不孕类型以及息肉类型等因素对术后自然妊娠率的影响，结果显示在年龄、不孕年限、不孕类型和息肉类型等多个指标中，年龄是唯一的影响因素，年龄越轻，术后受孕几率越高。而不孕年限、不孕类型、息肉类型对术后自然妊娠率的影响均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 对于子宫内膜息肉为唯一不孕因素的育龄期妇女来说，尽早宫腔镜手术有助于术后自然妊娠率的提高，年龄越轻，术后受孕的成功几率越高，且术后6个月内自然妊娠率较高。息肉类型、不孕类型、不孕年限并不影响宫腔镜电切割术后的自然妊娠率。 [关键词] 宫腔镜/子宫内膜息肉切除；子宫内膜息肉；不孕；自然妊娠率 [中图分类号] R737.33 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）27-38-03 Clinical Research on the Nature Pregnancy Status of the Patients with Endometrial Polyps after Treatment by Hysteroscopy CAI Yingying Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology，Wenling City Hospital of TCM in Zhejiang Province，Wenling 317500，China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the the nature pregnancy status of the patients with endometrial polyps after treatment by Hysteroscopy. Methods All 152 patients with endometrial polyps in Wenzhou city hospital of TCM from January 2007 to June 2009 were selected for the retrospectively research. Results In all the 152 cases，the overall pregnancy rate was 65.79%，pregnancy rate within postoperative 6 months was 51.32%. Multivariate analysis showed that the age was a protective factor. Conclusion For the gestational age women which have the endometrial polyps as the only factor for infertility，the early hysteroscopic surgery can help improve the postoperative natural pregnancy rate. The more younger age， the higher probability of successful pregnancy，and the natural pregnancy rate within postoperative 6 months is high.
