情景模拟法在ICU护士抢救配合培训中应用[摘要] 目的 探讨情景模拟法在ICU护士抢救配合培训中的应用效果。 方法 将2010年本科室的护士作为研究对象，2010年1～6月与2010年7～12月分别采用传统的培训方法和情景模拟法进行抢救配合培训，比较情景模拟法培训前后考核成绩，问卷调查参加培训的护理人员对情景模拟法效果的评价。 结果 情景模拟法培训后的理论成绩、操作成绩及综合能力与培训前比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。问卷调查发现护理人员对情景模拟法评价很高。 结论 情景模拟法增强了护士临床操作技能和提高应付突发事件的能力以及团队抢救配合的协助能力，利于培养护士评判性思维方式，提升了护士临床综合能力和急救意识，强化护士临床工作的熟练程度，有效缓解工作压力。 [关键词] 情景模拟；抢救配合；培训 [中图分类号] R474 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）36-86-02 Application of Scene Simulation Exercises in ICU Nurses Cooperation Training TANG Wenjuan LIN Xiai ZHENG Xiaoyan Nanpu ICU Department, The Second Hospital Affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University in Zhejiang Province,Wenzhou 325027, China [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of the scene simulation exercises in ICU nurses cooperation training. Methods The nurses recalled of the course room in January-June 2010 and July-December 2010 were used respectively to the traditional training exercises and scene simulation exercises training, compared with the situation before and after the training, the grade a simulation exercises questionnaire survey to participate in training the nursing staff in the situation evaluation. Results The exercises after training ,the theory ,the operation performance results and comprehensive ability and training were better than the before（P＜0.05）.Questionnaire survey found that the nurses think highly of the exercise. Conclusion Scene simulation exercises enhanced the nurse clinical operational skills, improve the deal with emergency skills and team cooperation ability, with the help of the rescue to cultivate the nurse the judgment, ways of thinking, enhanced the comprehensive ability and clinical nurse emergency consciousness, strengthened the nurse clinical work proficiency, effectively relieved work pressure.
