腰椎间盘突出症理疗临床效果研究【中图分类号】R242【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672－3783(2011)08－0089－01 【摘要】目的 探讨俯卧位腰椎牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的方法和临床疗效?方法 对我院2007年6月到2010年6月期间收治的50例腰椎间盘突出症患者，随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用针灸治疗，治疗组实施俯卧位腰椎牵引与推拿治疗，比较两组的临床疗效? 结果 观察组痊愈12例，显效7例，有效3例，总有效率为88.0%(22/25)，显著高于对照组72.0%(18/25)的有效率? 结论 俯卧位腰椎牵引与推拿结合理疗腰椎间盘突出症有良好的疗效，能促进患者的功能恢复，提高患者的生活能力 【关键词】腰椎间盘突出；牵引；推拿；临床 Lumbar disc herniation of physiotherapy clinical effect analysis 【Abstract】Objective To investigate the prone position lumbar traction therapy for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation method and clinical curative effect. Methods in our hospital from 2007 June to 2010 June, 50 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group using the acupuncture treatment, the treatment group of prone-position lumbar traction with massage therapy, clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results: the observation group 12 cases were cured, 7 cases, effective in 3 cases, the total effective rate was 88% ( 22 / 25), significantly higher than that of control group 72% ( 18 / 25). Conclusion the efficient prone lumbar traction and massage combined with physical therapy of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc disease has good curative effect, can promote the recovery of function, enhance the ability of patients to live. 【Key words】lumbar disc herniation; traction; massage; clinical 腰椎间盘突出症(LIDP)又称腰椎间盘纤维环破裂症，患者表现为腰腿痛和腰部活动受限，伴一侧或两侧下肢外侧感觉减退?或区域性麻木，还有脊椎侧弯,腰背肌痉挛等［1］我院对2007年间收治的50例腰椎间盘突出症患者实施俯卧位腰椎牵引加推拿的理疗，取得了满意的治疗效果，具体报告如下。? 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料:该组患者50例，均为我院收治的腰椎间盘突出症住院患者,其中男27例，女23例；年龄25-62岁，平均年龄45岁所有患者均参照腰椎间盘突出症诊断标准，经临床及CT或MRI确诊，L1-4椎间盘突出者12例，L4-5椎间盘突出者21例，L5-S1椎间盘突出者17例?椎间盘脱出3例，纤维环局限性膨出、环状膨出21例，其余为椎间盘突出?将该组患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组25例，两组患者在年龄、性别、病型比较差异无统计学意义， P0.05? 1.2 治疗方法 1.2.1 对照组:对照组采用针灸法。对于针灸此处采用的是温针疗法,腰部取双侧穴位,下肢取患侧穴位进针，在进针得气后施以平补平泻法留针30min，1次/d，10次为一个疗程。 1.2.2 观察组:对于治疗后的功能恢复在腰椎突出中也非常的重要。运用ATA-2型微电脑腰椎自动牵引床对患者进行俯卧位的牵引治疗。患者在进行牵引治疗时胸部应垫
