自体脂肪颗粒注射隆乳术后X线钼靶表现[摘要]目的：探讨自体脂肪颗粒注射隆乳术后脂肪坏死的X线表现。方法：回顾性分析20例行自体脂肪颗粒注射隆乳术女性患者的X线钼靶片的异常表现。结果：20例患者共40侧乳房，最多见的表现为典型的有纤维包膜的脂性囊肿（25/40）；其次为伴有包膜钙化的脂性囊肿（22/40）；乳内条带状异常分布的低密度脂肪团块（13/40）；胸大肌内条状低密度影（11/40）；乳内粗、圆、不规则钙化灶（8/40）；脂性囊肿周围晕征（6/40）。结论：自体脂肪颗粒注射隆乳术后X线钼靶表现具有多样性，正确认识其X线表现，可以减少误诊的发生。 [关键词]自体脂肪颗粒；隆乳；X线钼靶 [中图分类号]R622 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2012）01-0021-02 Mammographic appearances after breast augmentation with autologous fat granule injection XIE Yu-zhi,LIN Tao,LI Kai-cheng (Department of Radiology,Ninth People’s Hospital,School of Medicine,Shanghai Jiaotong University,Shanghai 200011,China) Abstract: Objective To study the mammographic findings of fat necrosis in patients who had received autologous fat injection. Methods The mammographic appearances of 20 female patients who had received autologous fat injection were analyzed retrospectively. Results Bilateral mammography was performed on 20 patients, The most common mammographic findings were typical oil cysts with fibrous capsule（25/40）； followed by oil cysts with capsule calcifications(22/40)； low-density strips in the breast parenchyma（13/40）；low-density strips in the pectoral muscle(11/40),coarse,round or irregular calcifications in the breast parenchyma(8/40);halo sign around syst(6/40). Conclusion The mammographic findings of fat necrosis in patients who had received autologous fat are various, Knowledge of the mammographic appearance may enable reducing mistakes in diagnosis. Key words:autologous fat granule;augmentation mammoplasty;mammography 自体脂肪颗粒注射隆乳术是一种有争议的美容手术方法，注射的脂肪颗粒容易坏死，脂肪坏死后的X线表现各不相同，即使有经验的放射科医生在诊断时也会产生误诊。目前国内外对自体脂肪颗粒注射隆乳术后的乳腺X线钼靶表现报道较少，正确认识注射隆乳术后的乳腺X线钼靶表现，可以减少不必要的乳腺检查，并减少乳腺癌的漏诊。本文通过对20例自体脂肪颗粒注射隆乳术患者的临床及乳腺钼靶资料的分析,探讨自体脂肪颗粒注射隆乳术后脂肪坏死的X线表现。 1 资料和方法 1.1 一般资料：本组20例女性患者，均于我院整形外科行自体脂肪颗粒注射隆乳术。年龄24～41岁，平均32.9岁。每侧乳房注射自体脂肪颗粒60～120ml于皮下组织，60～90ml于乳腺后间隙，注射次数为1～3次。隆乳术后时间8～24个月，平均20.8月，于2004年6月至2006年6月来我科行乳腺X线钼靶摄片。 1.2 所用机型为GE DMR+乳腺钼靶机，患者立位，均行双侧乳腺头足位及双斜位摄片，摄片行自动曝光模式。 1.3 由两位高年资放射
