论药品成分鉴定中渗透压测定法应用【摘要】 目的：简要介绍药品成分鉴定中渗透压测定法的应用。方法：2010年版的中国药典第二部的附录IB注射剂的通则项中规定，要采用渗透压的摩尔浓度测定法，来测定所供试液渗透压的摩尔浓度。结果：渗透压如果过低，会导致溶血症状。而若注射液的渗透压过低或过高时，采用的肌肉注射法也会起到刺激作用，并且影响最终吸收。结论：滴眼剂和注射剂在各自的配制流程中要视具体情况而定，要在各自的配方中加入不同作用的pH调节剂和添加剂，并控制渗透压，这样能够有效的控制调节剂的添加量，特别是pH调节剂。控制渗透压还能提高药物类制剂的安全性，从而将药品类制剂生产规范化。 【关键词】 渗透压；注射剂；滴眼剂；中国药典 【Abstract】 Objective: This paper describes application of mensuration of osmotic pressure in identification of the medicinal ingredients application of mensuration of osmotic pressure. Methods: Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition of Part II of the General Appendix IB injection item rules to use the molar concentration of osmotic pressure method to determine the molar concentration of the osmotic pressure for the test solution. Results: If the osmotic pressure is too low leading to hemolytic symptoms. Meanwhile, if the osmotic pressure of the injection is too low or too high, the intramuscular stimulation method will also play a stimulation role and affect the final absorption. Conclusion: The eye drops and injection determined by their different pH regulators and additives in their preparation, and control the osmotic pressure, which can effectively control of the addition volume of the regulator, particularly pH regulator. Control the osmotic pressure but also improve the safety of drugs derived products, which will produce standardized pharmaceutical preparations. 【Keywords】 osmotic pressure; injection; eye drops; Chinese Pharmacopoeia 我们所说的渗透压测定法，别称渗透压的摩尔浓度测定法，虽然早在2000年版的中国药典二部的附录中就有收载，却一直未被重视，也因此在药品的标准中用到这种方法的少之又少。而中国药典的2010年版改变了这一方法的现状，其对滴眼液和注射液的渗透压的控制给予了足够的重视。 1 资料与方法 1.1 有关渗透压的概念 渗透是指溶剂透过半透膜从低浓度侧向高浓度侧扩散的现象，而阻止渗透的压力便是渗透压。一般人体中的毛细血管壁或细胞膜都有半透膜的特性。渗透压在溶液中溶质的扩散和需要透过生物膜的各种液体物质的运转等生物过程中都起着至关重要的作用。所以在制备眼用液体药剂或注射剂等药类制剂时要特别关注渗透压。而在配方中加入了渗透压的调节剂的药类制剂，都应将其渗透压的摩尔浓度控制在一定范围之内[1]。 在2010年版的中国药典二部的附录I的B注射剂通则项中规定，静脉输液应要尽可能的与血液等渗[2]；而在附录I的G眼用制剂通则中则规定，输液应与泪液等渗[3]，现今绝大部份的滴眼剂和静脉输液制剂都加入了渗透压的控制，在其标准中使用了渗透压的摩尔浓度测定法。（详情见表1和2）。 1.2 关于渗透压的计算 溶液的渗透压决定于溶液中含有的溶
