超声及CT对腹部实质脏器闭合性外伤诊断评价[摘要] 目的：探讨超声、CT及联合应用对腹部实质脏器闭合性外伤的诊断价值。方法：对经手术或临床综合治疗证实为腹部脏器外伤的93例患者107个外伤灶的超声和CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果：在107个损伤的脏器中，超声诊断准确95个，占88.79%，CT诊断准确98个，占91.59%；在27个复合脏器损伤中，超声诊断准确率88.89%（24/27），CT诊断准确率100.00%（27/27）。结论：超声和CT对腹部实质脏器闭合性外伤的诊断价值是值得信赖的，两者诊断准确率差别不大，绝大多数情况下无需联合应用，用CT诊断结果来证实超声诊断的做法不合理，对腹部脏器单一损伤应首选超声检查，而对复合损伤应首选CT检查。 [关键词] 超声；CT；腹部；闭合伤 [中图分类号]R445 [文献标识码]B [文章编号]1673-7210（2008）06（c）-084-02 The diagnostic evaluation of Ultrasound and CT on closed abdominal trauma LI Fu1,LUO Heng1,ZOU Yu-jian2 (1.Daojiao Hospital of Dongguan,Dongguan 523176,China;2.Dongguan People’s Hospital,Dongguan 523003) [Abstract] Objective:To investigate diagnostic value only using Ultrasound or CT and Ultrasound combined with CT for closed Abdominal trauma.Methods:The findings of Ultrasound and CT scans of 93 cases with 107 trauma organs confirmed by operation or clinical comprehensive treatment wereretrospectively reviewed.Results:In the 107 trauma organs,the Ultrasound diagnostic accurate rate was 88.79%, and the CT diagnostic accurate rate was 91.59%;In the 27 mixture abdominal organs trauma,the Ultrasound diagnostic accurate rate were 88.89%(24/27), and the CT diagnostic accurate rate were 100.00%(27/27).Conclusion:It is believable that the Ultrasound and CT diagnostic are valuable of closed Abdominal trauma. There are no significant differences between Ultrasound diagnostic accurate rate and CT diagnostic accurate.It is not necessary to use Ultrasound combined with CT to examine the same patient under most circumstances.It is not a suitable method that using the CT diagnostic confirms the Ultrasound diagnostic.Ultrasound is the first choice for single abdominal organ trauma , while CT is the first choice for mixture abdominal organs trauma. [Key words] Ultrasonography;CT;Abdominal;Closed trauma 目前，超声和CT往往同时作为腹部闭合性损伤的影像学检查手段，为临床诊断腹部脏器损伤发挥了极其重要的作用。两者同时应用于同一患者，确实增强了诊断信心。本文通过对93例腹部闭合性外伤患者的超声和CT诊断结果进行分析，对如何合理选择超声或CT检查进行了有益的探讨，现报道如下： 1资料与方法 1.1一般资料 2002年
