超声在孕期阴道流血中应用[摘要] 目的：探讨超声检查在孕期阴道流血中的应用价值。方法：通过2005年6月～2007年6月进行优生监护的孕妇，发现149例出现不等量阴道流血，根据其声像图表现分析导致出血的原因。结果：在149例阴道流血的孕妇中发现先兆流产49例、难免流产42例、不全流产25例、完全流产14例，过期流产16例、异位妊娠3例。结论：超声可有效地检测出早期胚胎生长发育的状况，及时发现异常，为临床医生提供诊断信息并为了解疾病的严重程度提供依据，对计划生育、优生优育起到积极的作用。 [关键词] 超声；孕期；阴道流血 [中图分类号]R445.1 [文献标识码]B [文章编号]1673-7210（2008）08（c）-117-02 The application of ultrasound in the diagnosis of vaginal bleeding of pregnant women HAO Wen-zhi1,XU Jian-xiang2 (1.Family Planning Service Station of Shan County,Shandong Province, Shan County 274300,China;2.Health School of Heze City,Heze 274300,China) [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the ultrasound examination vaginal bleeding during pregnancy in the application. [Key words] Ultrasonic；Vaginal；Bleeding during pregnancy 孕期阴道流血是病理产科常见的表现，它是影响胎儿生长发育的直接因素，且种类繁多，病因复杂。早期准确的判断阴道流血的原因是产科医生和超声医生共同关注的问题。我们通过超声显像技术能及时发现胚胎在子宫内的生长发育状况，为临床医生提供诊断信息并为了解疾病的严重程度提供依据，对判断妊娠预后、诊断各种异常妊娠，对指导临床医生合理用药具有重要意义。 1 资料与方法 1.1 资料 2005年6月～2007年6月在本站行优生监护的10 000例孕妇，其中有149例出现不等量的阴道流血，B超检查发现胚胎与停经天数不相符或无胚芽反射、无胎心搏动，妊娠12周134例，占90%， ＞12周15例，占10%，孕妇年龄20～39岁，其中，20～29岁占17%，30～39岁占83%。以上病例均跟踪观察，了解胚胎发育情况或终止妊娠证实。 1.2 仪器与检测方法 采用日立EUB―5500彩色多普勒超声诊断仪，探头频率3.5～5.0 MHz。受检者适度充盈膀胱，取平卧位，常规于下腹部耻骨联合上做纵、横、斜等多方位扫
