超声在宫内置环术及诊断环位置异常临床价值[摘要] 目的：探讨超声在宫内置环术和诊断环位置异常的临床价值。方法：本文总结了2005年2月~2007年1月25例环位置异常的临床资料。结果：与临床符合21例，漏诊2例，胎骨残留误诊1例，对提示子宫畸形者均在超声引导下行宫内置环术，均获得成功。结论：本组对可疑腹腔环，内膜结核和胎骨残留，超声显象与环回声相似者均可行X线透视检查，可防止漏诊、误诊。本文指出超声与X线检查配合，是诊断环位置异常的最好方法。超声能显示环在宫腔及宫壁的位置，宫腔是否有环、宫外环的位置。X线能提供环在盆腔内的位置及环与耻骨联合的距离。 [关键词] 宫内置环；子宫畸形；X线透视；节育环位置 [中图分类号]R445 [文献标识码]B [文章编号]1673-7210（2008）02（b）-075-02 The clinical role of ultrasound in inserting intrauterine device and diagnosing IUD abnormal position. X-ray perspective is examined for the patients who were suspectedofuterine abdominal cavityIUD,endometriatuberculosis and fetus residual by ultrasound diagnoses to prevent missed diagnosis and misdiagnoses. Ultrasound can show IUD position in uterine cavity ,uterine wall or ex-uterine. X-ray can detect IUDposition in pelvis and the distance from pubic symphysis.Therefore, the combination of ultrasound and X-ray is the best method of diagnosing IUD abnormal position. [Key words] Insertion intrauterine device(IUD);Uterine malformation;X-ray perspective;Intrauterine device(IUD) position 宫内放置节育器IUD是我国育龄妇女常用的避孕方法，但若选择不当或者因为置入技术不过关等原因可造成IUD异常,导致避孕失败[1]。超声在指导宫内置环和诊断位置异常具有重要的临床价值。本文总结了2005年2月~2007年1月25例患者的临床资料，旨在探讨超声在诊断环位置异常的价值。 1 资料与方法 1.1一般资料 本组25例，年龄21~45岁，均为我院计划生育门诊患者，均为要求置环或上环后阴道流血，或妇科取环、上环困难者。 1.2方法 仪器为美国LOGIQ-5型彩色超声仪，配备阴式探头，探头频率8 Hz。经腹部超声需膀胱充盈，扫查环在宫腔的位置及宫外是否有环。阴式超声：排空膀胱，消毒探头，探头前方套安全套，将探头直接放入阴道内，观察环
