边海防基层军官牙周疾病调查【摘要】 目的 调查偏远地区部队基层军官牙周疾病的流行病学特点,加强基层的口腔保健工作。方法 参照WHO标准调查来我院疗养的边海防基层军官中牙龈炎、牙结石、早期牙周病和晚期牙周病情况。结果 334名边海防基层军官牙周疾病患病率为87.72%,其中牙龈炎、早期牙周病和晚期牙周病患病率分别为23.35%、3.59%和0.60%;牙结石检出率高达60.18%。结论 边海防基层军官牙周疾病患病率较高,牙龈炎、早期牙周病、晚期牙周病患病率和牙结石检出率均高于部队平均水平,口腔保健意识有待加强。 【关键词】 基层军官;牙周疾病;流行病学调查 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of periodontal diseases in basic military officers in remote areas in order to strengthen oral health.Methods Periodontal status including gingivitis,dental calculus,early periodontitis and advanced periodontitis of basic military officers admitted to our sanatorium were investigated according to WTO standard.Results The prevalence of periodontal diseases was 87.72% in 334 basic military officers.The prevalences of gingivitis,early periodontitis,advanced periodontitis were 23.35%,3.59% and 0.60%,respectively and the detection rate of dental calculus was 60.18%.Conclusion Periodontal diseases is common in basic military officers.The prevalences of gingivitis,early periodontitis,advanced periodontitis and the detection rate of dental calculus were beyond average level of troops.Therefore, it is necessary to reinforce awareness of oral health. 【Key words】 Basic military officers;Periodontal diseases;Epidemiological investigation 牙周疾病是影响我军人员健康的常见多发病。常年驻守偏远地区的基层军官,医疗条件较差,口腔保健知识也较少,为了制定措施和加强防治,我科对来我院疗养的沈阳军区边海防现役军官进行了牙周疾病健康抽样调查与流行病学研究。现报告如下。 1对象和方法 1.1对象从2006-05―2009-10来我院疗养的549名边海防基层现役军官中随机抽取334名进行调查,受检者均为男性;年龄25～44岁,平均年龄34.5岁。 1.2方法按世界卫生组织1997年公布的标准[1],0=健康;1=牙龈炎:探诊后龈沟有溢血或渗血现象;2=牙结石:肉眼可见有牙结石或探诊后发觉有龈下结石;3=早期牙周病:牙周袋深度在3.5 mm以上,5.5 mm以下;4=晚期牙周病:牙周袋深度在5.5 mm以上。牙周病检查使用上海手术器械九厂生产的世界卫生组织推荐的牙周探针,平面口镜,在自然光线下进行检查。检查项目包括牙龈炎、牙结石、早期牙周病和晚期牙周病,每个牙检查6个位点(近颊、正中颊、远颊、近舌、正中舌、远舌)。采用现场调查方式对每位基层军官进行口腔健康问卷调查和口腔检查,口腔健康检查由两人承担。 1.3统计学方法利用SPSS 11.5软件进行统计分析。 2结果 2.1边海防基层军官牙周病患病情况334例中牙周健康者为41人,占总受检人数的12.28%;牙周疾病患病者293例,患病率为87.72%。其中牙结石检出率最高,为60.18%;晚期牙周病患病率最低,为0.60%(表1)。 2.2不同年龄段的边海防基层军官牙周疾病患病状况边海防基层军官年龄与牙周疾病的患病状况存在相关关系
