Since earl 1990s, it has been recognized b alm ost all the countries in t he w orld that land resources have to be used in a sustainable w a in order to realize the global sustainable development. An unbalanced t rend betw een the fast increase of population and mas- sive decrease of cultivated land is being become more and more prominent . The reasonable and effective use of land resources is closel related t o sustainable development of human societ , food suppl forever increasing populat ion and maintenance of environmental qualit favorable to human being .
