The relative mo lecu lar weigh t of the p ep tide fragm en ts was m ea su red by ESI - LC / M S. RESUL TS　The p ep tide fragm en ts of Exenatide in the p ep tide m app ing were assigned by analyzing the retain tim e and relative molec u lar weigh t. CO NCL US IO N　The study p roves that LC - M S is a good m ethod to analyze p ep tide m app ing of p rotein w ith the advan tage of sen sitivity, h igh sp eed and accu racy.
