樹德人文社會電子學報 第三卷第一期 民國九十六年六月 差異與平等的衝突與調和 －「和諧結構」的推證及其在性 別層面的發用 Conflicts and Reconciliation of Differences and Equality － Inferences and Applications of “Harmonious Structure” on Gender Issues 楊秀宮 樹德科技大學通識教育學院副教授 Yang, Hsiu-Kung College of Liberal Education Shu-Te University 摘要 目前女權運動普遍受到重視，但是一個可以讓女性與男性平等立 足、互動對話的機制或憑依卻並不明朗 。此外，如果女性在爭取權益轉 化自己弱勢地位的同時卻陷另一方於弱 勢的情境，那麼女權運動的結 果，會不會是另一種宰制的困局？這是爭取權益的女性不可輕忽或迴避 的問題。此外，女權運動又有必要知道努力的「彼方」在何處？女性覺 醒的意義一般偏重於「社會性別」的面 向，亦即偏重在可以進行建構的 社會角色的層面。相對的忽略了生物上 的「性」的解放運動或論述。當 女性缺乏「性的主體性」的覺醒時，究竟是否仍然有充分的女性覺醒涵 義？這是值得省思的問題。本文推證「和諧結構」作為性別關係所依止 的深度結構，或思維結構，據此「和諧結構」彰顯女性覺醒具有「生理」 與「社會」層面兼顧的雙重意義。 關鍵字：差異、平等、女性自覺、性、性別、和諧結構 1 樹德人文社會電子學報 第三卷第一期 民國九十六年六月 Abstract Currently feminism and women’s rights have generally been recognized by people around the world. Yet a mechanism or a foundation for people of both genders to stand at equal positions and to communicate with each other remains unclearly located. If women make the other gender inferior when women fight to transform their originally lower position, is it not that the result of feminism is another dilemma of pursuing predominance and ascendancy. This issue is inescapable for feminism activists who fight for women’s rights. In addition, it is essential for feminism activities to have a clear “destination”. For feminism awareness is generally realized by focusing on the “social gender” aspect that the construable social roles are advocated. The liberalization or statement stressing on “sex” is relatively neglected. When women obtain feminism awareness without the “sexual subjectivity”,
