我国公务员管理中激励机制初探 中文摘要 公务员激励机制是公务员制度的重要组成部分,积极构建公务员激励机制能大大提高我国的行政效率。然而,我国目前的公务员激励制度存在着很多不完善的地方,本文着重分析这些不完善的环节,然后提出具体的改进措施。 本文分为三个部分,第一部分简要描述了激励机制的概念和分类,论述了激励机制在公务员管理中存在价植,激励机制能提高我国的行政效率,促进政府的行政廉洁,还能规范对公务员的科学管理,提高公务员自身的素质。本部分还简要论述了西方的主要激励理论及其对我国公务员激励机制的启示第二部分全面介绍了我国公务员激励机制的现状,在肯定已取得一定成绩的基础上,具体指出我国公务员激励机制在各方面存在的主要问题第三部分主要阐述了完善我国公务员激励机制的具体思路。首先,从宏观上阐述了完善公务员激励机制的总体目标,然后详细论述了完善公务员激励机制的具体内容,提出完善公务员激励机制的各项原则,针对激励机制中出现的问题提出了具体的改进措施。关键词:公务员;激励机制;分析;完善 Abstract Incentive mechanism in the civil servants is an important component of civil servant system, actively constructing incentive mechanism in the civil servants can greatly enhance administrative efficiency of our country. However, at present, there are many inadequacies in the incentive mechanism in the civil servants, this paper analyzes these imperfect parts, then put forward specific measures for improvement. This paper has three parts, in the first part, I briefly describe the concept of incentive mechanism and its classification, specifically discourse the value of incentive mechanism in the scientific management for civil servants, incentive mechanism can enhance administrative efficiency of our country, and it can bring about clean-handed government, can standardize the scientific management for civil servants, also can improve their quality of civil servants. This part also briefly discourses western motivation theory and its revelatory effects for incentive mechanism of our civil servants.In the second part, I introduce the currant situation of the incentive mechanism in our civil servants, while affirming the achievements that we have already made, I specifically point out the main issues in many aspects in our civil servants’ incentive mechanism.In the third part, I mainly discourse the specific thinking to perfect incentive mechanism in our civil servants.
