Methods Seven different macroporous resins were evaluated with static and dynamic adsorption curves, and pH of sample, concentration of resolving agent were assessed to optimize the purification process. Results XDA-1 macroporous resins have good adsorption and desorption with poly- phenols. With the optimized process such as pH and resolving agents, polyphenols in Scytosiphon lomentsrius can be got with a purity of 45.27%.
