Grammar;1.adverbial clauses of time(时间状语从句); 连词;即学即练;注意：如果主句表示的是短暂性动作，而从句用延续性动词的进行时态表示在一段时间内正在进行的动作时，when, while, as 可互换使用。 When/ While/As I was walking down the street, I came across an old friend. 我正沿着大街走时，碰巧遇到了我的一个老朋友。;when 的其他用法;when:正在这时，突然…;while 的其他用法;（2）“一……就……”的词/短语引导的时间状语从句;用所给词的正确形式填空;(3)till, until not… until/ till;（4）after, before 引导的时间状语从句;It will be/ was +时间段+ before从句 表示“还要多久才……; 过了多久才……” It won’t be/ wasn’t +时间段+ before从句 表示“没过多久就……” ----Did you receive the letter the next day? ----- No. Somehow, it was three weeks before I received it.
