当代医学 2010年2月第16卷第5期总第196期 Contemporary Medicine, Feb. 2010,Vol.16 No.5 Issue No.196 主动脉Kommerell憩室数字减影造影分析及文献复习 白卫星 李天晓 翟水亭 薛绛宇 王子亮 刘建文 [摘要] 目的 总结报道主动脉Kommerell憩室（KD）。方法 回顾性分析我科动脉弓数字减影造影（DSA）发现的7例无压迫症状主动脉KD病 例。结果 本组仅1例Ⅱ型右位主动脉，并弓上分支变异，LSCA最后发自KD；有2例左主动脉，弓上分支为正常型，LSCA最后发自KD，其中1例并主 动脉弓狭窄未见文献报道；1例左主动脉，弓上分支4干，LSCA发自KD；3例左主动脉弓，弓上分支变异，RSCA均为最后发自KD。结论 KD并非罕见 病例广大临床医生应引起重视。 [关键词] 主动脉弓；Kommerell憩室 DSA for Aortic Kommerells Diverticulum and literatures review BAI Wei-xing, LI Tian-xiao, ZHAI Shui-ting, et al Department of Interventional Radiology, Henan Province Peoples Hospital, Zhengzhou, 450003, China [Abstract] Objective To report the Kommerells diverticulum found in the DSA. Method Seven cases were analyzed with asymptomatic Ⅱ Kommerells diverticulum of digital subtraction angiography (DSA). Result One case had type right aortic arch, and the left subclavian artery 入 介 管 血 (LSCA) arose from a diverticulum as the last branch of the right aortic arch (AA). 2 cases had left aortic arch, the LSCA arose from a diverticulum as the last branch of the AA, one had a stenosis AA. 1 case had four branches of the left AA, the LSCA arose from a diverticulum as the last branch of the AA. 3 cases had variation branches of the left AA, the right subclavian artery (RSCA) arose from a diverticulum as the last branch of the left AA. Conclusion KD is not rare aortic arch anomaly. We must increase our attention about it. [Key Words] Aortic Arch; Kommerells diverticulum
