湖南生物机电职业技术学院 毕业设计 题 目： 汽车自动清洗装置PLC控制 专 业 机 电 一 体 化 班 级 姓 名 刘 盛 指导教师 唐 进 2014年12月02日汽车自动清洗装置PLC控制随着现代经济的高速发展，汽车行业也迅速发展起来，随之而来的洗车行业也展现出蓬勃生机，传统的水枪式洗车越来越不能满足国内洗车业增长的需要，效率低下，严重浪费了水资源。而国外洗车行业发展很快，所用的技术含量高以及资金投入大，不适合我们国内的市场，而汽车自动清洗PLC控制比较理想，它采用先进的传感技PLC 是专为工业环境下应用而设计的它具有通用性强、可靠性高、使用简单、系统维护方便等特点，在清洗机控制系统中占据主导地位，为此本文利用系列PLC控制器设计一款简易车辆清洗控制系统，自动对需要服务的汽车进行清洗，清洗完毕自动停止刷洗，实现了洗车自动化控制，有效的解决了以上问题。 系列PLC控制器 PLC 传感器 自动化 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of modern economy， the automotive industry has developed rapidly， followed by the car wash industry also show the vigor， the traditional gun-type washing increasingly unable to meet the growing needs of the domestic car wash industry， inefficiency， serious waste water resources.
