乳腺癌患者不同水平Ki67表达及其相关性临床探究【摘要】目的研究乳腺癌患者中不同增殖活性的Ki67的表达及其表达水平与乳腺癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移的相关性。方法选取已手术的乳腺癌患者67例作为研究对象，根据Ki67的水平高低分为一组、二组、三组3组，将3组中各研究对象的临床分期及淋巴结转移两项临床指标进行统计学分析，比较乳腺癌患者中不同水平的Ki67与上述两项临床指标之间的相关性。结果一组中III+IV期临床分期总和所占的百分比为133％，二组中临床分期III+IV期所占的百分比为333％，三组中临床分期III+IV期所占的百分比为667％，经统计学分析，差异具有统计学意义(P005)。一组中经统计淋巴结转移率为167％，二组中淋巴结转移率为361％，三组中淋巴结转移率为472％，统计学分析，差异具有统计学意义(P005)。结论随着Ki67表达水平的逐渐升高，不同乳腺癌患者的临床分期及淋巴结转移率也随之升高，说明Ki67表达水平与乳腺癌患者的临床分期及淋巴结转移率之间具有一定的相关性。 【关键词】Ki67；乳腺癌；相关性 Clinical research of different levels of Ki67 expression of breast cancer patients and its correlationHAO Pei, JIAO Yanyan, LUANG Wenge Internal Medicine of Chengyang District Peoples Hospital in Qingdao city of Shandong province,Qingdao 266109,China 【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study the correlation between the expression of Ki67 in breast cancer patients in different proliferative activity and its expression level and clinical stages of breast cancer, lymph node metastasis MethodsSelect operation in patients with breast cancer in 67 cases as the research object, according to the Ki67 level divided into three groups,in each group, the research object of the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis in two clinical indexes were analyzed statistically, comparison of breast cancer patients with different levels of Ki67and the two clinical indices ResultsOf a phase III+IV clinical staging of summation of the percentage of 133%, two groups of clinical stage III+IV the percentage of 333%, three groups of clinical stage III+IV the percentage of 667%, through statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant (P005) Group statistics by the lymph node metastasis rate was 167%, in two groups of lymph node metastasis rate was 361%, in three groups of lymph node metastasis rate was 472%, statistics analysis, difference has statistical significance (P005) ConclusionWith the expression level of Ki67increased gradually, different breast cancer patients with the clinical s
