骨关节炎关节软骨及游离体中胶原ⅰ ⅱ ⅲ型的表达（The expression of cartilage in osteoarthritis and free body collagen type II.） Expression of collagen I, II and III in articular cartilage and free body of osteoarthritis 2010-09-06 Pei Ming Qu Mianyu Jiang Qing in Changlong Abstract: objective to further understand the phenotype changes of articular cartilage and free body chondrocytes associated with osteoarthritis. Methods the expressions of fibrous collagen I, II and III in human normal and osteoarthritis joint cartilage and free body were observed by histochemical and immunohistochemical methods. Results in 10 cases of osteoarthritis cartilage specimens, 9 cases of articular cartilage in the middle and deep cartilage cells showed positive expression of strong signal II, type III collagen, type I collagen protein expression in the lower and deep expression intensity is observed, type III weak expression region part III overlap. In the free body specimens of 10 cases of osteoarthritis, the strong expression of type III collagen was found in the chondrocytes and matrix of the free body. In the same specimens, type I collagen was expressed only in chondrocytes in the free body, the positive signal was relatively low, and no obvious type II collagen expression was observed. In normal articular cartilage, the expression of type II collagen is weak, and there is no signal of type I and type. Conclusion in cartilage of osteoarthritis and free body, change the phenotype of chondrocytes within the region, the expression of type III collagen and type I collagen synthesis may play an important role in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis.
