The school-based research as a new important way to promote the professional growth of teachers and promote the school independent development and effective strategies of curriculum reform has been accompanied by a spring breeze, into our campus, into our lives. Provides an open system framework for us to create a learning culture atmosphere, to build a platform for self reflection of the professional development of teachers. It shows that this is a new combination, is an open system. It is not a renovation of a concept, but a concept of the reconstruction. Therefore, the concept of new curriculum, this semester I will seriously carry out the school-based research work into the school education innovation, lead teachers to improve teaching level through teaching reflection, with the help of peer to enhance the concept of education, to benefit from the professional guide, understand the true meaning of education.
