点焊方法和工艺(Spot welding method and process) Spot welding method and process 1.1 spot welding method Spot welding is usually divided into two categories: double sided spot welding and single side spot welding. In double sided spot welding, electrodes are fed from both sides of the workpiece to the weld. Typical double sided spot welding methods are shown in figure 1. The 1a is the most commonly used method in the diagram. At this time, both sides of the workpiece are electrode indentation. The 1B in the picture indicates that the large contact area of the conductive plate is used as the lower electrode, which eliminates or reduces the indentation of the work below. It is often used for spot welding on decorative panels. Fig. 1C is a double sided spot welding where two or more solder joints are welded simultaneously, and each electrode is connected in parallel with a transformer. At this point, the impedance of all current paths must be approximately equal, and the surface states of each weld, the material thickness, and the electrode pressure must be the same to ensure that the current across the solder joints is approximately the same. The figure 1D is a two sided multipoint spot welding using multiple transformers, thus avoiding 1c deficiency. In single spot welding, electrodes are fed to the weld at the same side of the workpiece. Typical single-sided spot welding methods are shown in figure 2. The figure 2a is single sided single point welding without welding electrode, and the electrode adopts large diameter and large contact surface to reduce the current density. The figure 2b is a single sided double point welding without shunt, where the welding current flows through the weld area. The 2C is a split single point double point spot welding, and the current flowing through the workpiece does not pass through the welding zone to form a shunt.
