On the basis of the analysis on the reasons, this paper puts forward some constructive countermeasures to address the problems, such as cultivating and establishing a enterprise-wide risk management consciousness among the high-level managers from a strategic height, guaranteeing provision of the proper organization, personnel and materials supply for the enterprise-wide risk management. It is imperative for the electric power enterprises to make full use of various means of risk management in order to enhance enterprise-wide risk management on the basis of establishing scientific risk assessment system.
