新建年产330万吨热轧板带钢车间工艺设计 摘 要 我国现处于工业化时期,国民经济保持较快的发展速度,这为我国钢铁发展提供了广阔的市场空间。板带钢是钢铁产品的主要品种之一,被广泛应用于工业、农业、交通运输和建筑业。我国热连轧带钢生产技术在建国以后得到了较快发展,但一些高要求、高性能的板材仍需进口。因此,新建一个现代化热轧板带车间是很有必要的。  本设计是年产330万吨的热轧板带钢车间工艺设计,产品规格为1.0~15.0 mm×750~1600 mm,所用钢种为普碳钢、优质钢和低合金钢。 论文主要包括的内容有:产品大纲及金属平衡表、坯料的选择、轧机的选择及辅助设备的选择、生产工艺的制定、车间工作制度、典型产品工艺计算、并且对主要设备 (轧辊和电机) 的能力进行了校核,对车间主要经济指标、生产车间布置和环境保护进行了设计和规划。本设计采用半连续轧制,粗轧机是一架二辊可逆轧机和一架四辊可逆轧机,精轧机组由七机架PC轧机组成,还采用液压AGC厚度控制系统,以及边部加热器、在线磨辊 (ORG) 装置、张力活套控制,并采用层流冷却系统等。全厂采用四级计算机控制系统。 关键词热轧带钢;车间设计;PC轧机;半连续轧制 Design of Hot Rolled Strip Plant with Annual Output of 3.3 Million Tons Abstract China is in the period of industrialization, and the national economy keeps a rapid pace of development, which provides a broad market space for the development of the steel industry. As a main steel product, plate strip is widely used in industry, agriculture, transportation and construction. Hot strip production technology has been in rapid development after the foundation of our country. However,some plates with high performance still need to be imported. Based on the above analysis, it is necessary to design a hot rolled strip plant. The plant to be designed is a hot rolled strip one with annual output of 3.3 million tons. Product specification is 1.0-15.0 mm in thickness and 750-1600 mm in width. The steel of the products includes the plain carbon steel, high quality steel and low alloy steel. The main contents include product outline and metal balance, raw material selection, equipment selection, the development of production technology, technology calculation of typical products, equipment selection and capability check of main equipments (roll and motor). At the same time, major economic indicators, plant layout and environment protection are considered. A semi-continuous rolling, a two high reversing mill and a four-high reversing mill are chosen in rough rolling and seven groups of PC roll in finishing rolling.
