中国医疗管理科学2014年9月第4卷第3期 Chinese JournaI of MedicaI Management Sciences, September 2014, VoI.4 No.3 11 ·医疗安全· 临床医师最佳管床数量与医疗安全关系的调查分析 李玉东 付莉萍 王征 【摘要】目的 调查临床管床医师平均每日最佳管床数量，并探讨其与医疗安全不良事件及医疗纠纷数 量的关系。方法 对该院全院临床一线管床医生及科室主任对平均每日最佳管床数量、平均每日最大管床数 量的认知情况进行调查分析，通过统计调整管床数量前、后其医疗安全不良事件与医疗纠纷数量的变化， 分析管床数量与医疗安全之间的关系。结果 该院内科、妇科、儿科每位医生认为平均每日最佳管床数量为 8张～10张，外科每位医生认为平均每日最佳管床数量为7张~8张。该院调整医师管床数量前、后其医疗安 全不良事件及医疗纠纷发生数量比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.347， P 0.05）。结论 合理地分配每位临 床医生的管床数量，有利于降低医疗安全不良事件及医疗纠纷的发生，从而保障医疗安全。 【关键词】 临床医师；平均每日最佳管床数量； 医疗安全 Investigation and Analysis of the Relationship between the Optimal Number of Beds Responsible by a Clinician and Medical Safety Li Yudong, Fu Liping, Wang Zheng.
