Binax Now疟疾快速诊断试剂卡检测疟疾效果评价【摘要】目的 评价Binax Now 疟疾快速诊断试剂卡对临床疟疾现症患者的检测效果,为今后在基层开展现场应用提供依据。方法 以病原学镜检结果或特效药物治疗效果为依据,判定评价Binax Now疟疾快速诊断试剂卡检测疟疾的敏感性和特异性。结果 临床“四热”病人接受Binax Now 疟疾快速诊断试剂卡和病原学2种方法检查的53例中,均为阳性者24例,阴性25例,敏感性100%(24/24),特异性86.21%(25/29),两者符合率92.46%(49/53),单一显示Binax Now 疟疾快速诊断试剂卡阳性4例。而未做病原学检测15例中,Binax Now 疟疾快速诊断试剂卡阳性5例,对单一显示Binax Now 疟疾快速诊断试剂卡阳性9例,经过磷酸氯喹片/磷酸伯氯喹片组合药或蒿甲醚治疗有效或治愈,证实是非恶性疟的其它疟疾或恶性疟。结论 采用Binax Now疟疾诊断疟疾现症患者的阳性敏感性高(可达100%),与病原学镜检相比,Binax Now 疟疾快速诊断试剂卡快速、简便、可靠、敏感和特异性高,适合在基层推广使用。 【关键词】Binax Now 疟疾快速诊断试剂卡疟疾检测效果 【中国分类号】R531.3 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1004-7484(2010)08-00-02 Binax Now malaria rapid diagnostic reagents card detect malaria impact evaluation 【Abstract】ObjectiveTo evaluate the Binax Now Malaria rapid diagnostic reagent card for clinical testing in patients with malaria is malaria results, for future applications at the grassroots level to carry out on-site basis.MethodsThe etiology of microscopic examination results or effects of drug treatment, based on determined evaluation Binax Now Malaria rapid diagnostic reagent for detecting malaria card sensitivity and specificity.
