Case study Job analysis Analysis of job analysis is the post, which refers to the description or explanation of a complete work, in order to provide relevant posts for the human resources management of information, the basic activities, which carried out a series of job information collection, analysis and synthesis of human resources management. Many enterprises have paid a great deal for the lack of accurate work instructions, and the result is that many human resources are lack of pertinence and difficult to carry out. Then, how do you develop a job description? Post analysis starts with the following eight elements, that is, (7W1H): WHO: who does the job, who is responsible, the qualifications and educational level of the personnel, professional knowledge and skills, experience and professional quality requirements. WHAT: where are the tasks that employees want to accomplish? What are the categories of physical labor and what are the categories of mental labor? Who does WHOM: do, for whom the customer is?. The customers here refer not only to external customers, but also to employees within the enterprise, including those directly related to the job: direct, superior, junior, colleague, customer, etc.. Why does WHY: do, that is, the meaning of the job to the worker who is engaged in the position?. When should the WHEN: task be required to be completed? WHERE: work location, environment, etc. What qualificatiaons: what qualifications do employees need to have for this job? How does the HOW: undertake or ask for the job, the work procedures, specifications, and the rights required for the job?. Job analysis is a complex system engineering, and enterprises must do overall planning and carry out the job analysis in phases and steps.
