And 162 divided into cases were the control group. Control group using conventional methods of care, cluster-based nursing intervention was used in experiment group. Evaluated the effect on patients discharged from EICU. Results The experiment group accidentally detached, lung infection, mortality, hospital costs, duration of mechanical ventilation, stay EICU time was significantly lower than the control group (P 0. 05). Conclusion cluster-based nursing intervention could improve the prognosis. 集束化干预(Bundles of Care) 是近年来ICU专业的新名词，中文译为集束化治疗或捆绑式治疗。意思是集合一系列有循证基础的治疗及护理措施来处理某种难治的临床疾患[1]。“集束化护理”是指一组护理干预措施,每个元素都经临床证实能提高患者结局,它们的共同实施比单独执行更能提高患者结局[2]。随着医疗护理科学与技术的进步，机械通气作为一种重要的呼吸支持手段，在重症监护领域的应用日加频繁，使许多危重症患者的生命得以挽救。现在，39%ICU患者需使用机械通气[3]。本研究拟对机械通气患者采用集束化护理干预，与常规护理作对比研究，评价其效果，为改善临床护理提供思路。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 采用方便抽样方法将某院2011年1月-2011年11月所有EICU收治的需
