中药水疗在烧伤康复治疗中应用摘要：目的：通过中药水疗对烧伤康复期患者创面、关节活动度、睡眠质量、瘢痕瘙痒和皮肤新生等方面影响的研究，探索出一种新的烧伤康复治疗方式。方法：回顾性分析42例大面积（27.5％TBSA～95％TBSA）烧伤患者用中药水疗对其进行康复治疗，1次/天，分别记录患者自我感受、睡眠质量、关节活动度、2月后的关节功能恢复情况和瘢痕的软化和抑制情况。结果：中药水疗能控制瘢痕瘙痒，抑制瘢痕增生，增加关节活动度，彻底清洁创面，软化和平整修复瘢痕，促进皮肤新生，提高患者生活自理能力。结论：中药水疗能有效促进烧伤康复，是抑制瘢痕增生，控制瘢痕瘙痒，软化和平整修复瘢痕，提高睡眠质量，促进功能恢复，改善心理状态的有效康复治疗方法。 关键词：中药水疗 烧伤康复 康复治疗 应用 Chinese native medicine hydrotherapy in burn recovery treatment application Shen Meiping Liu HuixiaLiao Zhe?an et al.
