The results showed that Fas gene expressed in the immunity organs at different developmental stages, but the expression products varied and the dynamic changes were wave. Fas expressed in the cell membrane and the cytoplasm in the immunity organs, while negatively in the nucleus of lymphocytes. Fas gene positively expressed cells distributed in the various location in the different immunity organs, scatteredly or in clusters. The positively expressed cells in the bursa were mainly found in the lamina propria of mucous membrane, among the lymphoid nodules and at the edges of lymphoid nodules.
