生物与化学工程学院 仪器分析实训报告 题目：气相色谱内标法检测烟碱含量方法学考察 Title：The investigation of methodology for detecting nicotine contain with the method of Gas chromatography internal standard. 专业：食品科学与工程 姓名: XXX 学号：XXXXXX 完成日期：2011年6月5日 气相色谱内标法检测烟碱含量方法学的考察 【摘要】： 本文以喹啉为内标物，以烟碱为检测对象，考察了气相色谱内标法测烟碱含量的色谱条件和方法学。实验结果表明，气相色谱条件为：柱箱温度，进样口温度，检测器温度分别为170℃，270℃，270℃；氮气，空气，氢气流量分别为30ml/min,30ml/min,50ml/min；并且在分流比为60：1的条件下能较好的检测烟碱含量。从线性关系，精密度，重现性方面来看：在0-50ug/ml范围内烟碱含量与峰高比，面积比有较好的线性关系。方程分别为y=-0.07283+0.57999x和y=-0.06012+0.041x。 相关系数R分别为0.96688 和 0.95774 ，重现性的峰高比RSD%=3.1% ，面积比RSD%= 2.9% ；精密度的峰高比RSD%=2.4% ，面积比RSD%=3.1% 这说明在该色谱条件下以喹啉为内标物能较好的检测烟碱含量，其结果可靠。 【关键词】：气相色谱 内标法 烟碱 方法学 The investigation of methodology for detecting nicotine contain with the method of Gas chromatography internal standard. Abstracts：ith the qunolin being the internal standard and nicotine being the detection target, the essay investigates the GC condition and the methodology of detecting nicotine with the internal standard method of gas chromatogram. The experimental result shows that it can detect the nicotine content better when the temperature of column oven ,the pillar entrance and the detecting system are 170,270,270; the flow of nitrogen,hydrogen and air are 30ml/min,50ml/min and 30ml/min and also the split ratio is 60/1. From the linear relation,the precision,and the reproducibility of the prospective ,the nicotine content is linear with the ratio of peak height and area ranging from 0ug/ml to 50ug/ml. What is the correlation coefficient R of the equation y=-0.07283+0.57999x和y=-0.06012+0.041x。 The experimental results,that is,the peak height of repeatability RSD% is 3.1%,the area RSD% is 2.9% and the precision of the peak height RSD% is 2.4%,the area RSD% is 3.1%, shows that it can detect the nicotine content relatively well and the result is reliable.
