刺血疗法治疗急性痛风性关节炎60例临床观察摘要：目的：观察刺血疗法治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组各30例，治疗组采用单纯刺血疗法，对照组采用口服消炎痛治疗，疗程为10天，观察两组患者治疗前后血尿酸、症状体征积分的变化，评估疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为96.7%，对照组总有效率为93.4%，两组在降低血尿酸方面无显著性差异（P?0.05）；两组在改善患者关节疼痛、红肿压痛及功能障碍方面存在非常显著性差异（P?0.01），治疗组明显优于对照组。结论：刺血疗法治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效显著,不仅能降低患者血尿酸水平，与口服西药相比，它能更好地改善痛风患者关节红肿热痛、功能障碍情况。 关键词： 急性痛风性关节炎 刺血疗法 血尿酸 临床观察 Punctures the blood therapy treatment acute pain wind arthritis 60 examples clinical observation Yi Jiaojun Shi Peng Abstract:Objective:Observes punctures the blood therapy treatment acute pain wind arthritis the clinical curative effect.
