女性下腹部急腹症手术途径探析摘要：目的：探讨女性下腹部急腹症的手术。 方法：回顾性分析2005～2009年间应用微型腹腔镜或开腹手术治疗的66例原因不明的女性下腹部急腹症病人的临床资料。结果：微型腹腔镜组诊断率为94.26?（32/34，治愈率75.18?，（26/34），结合传统腹腔镜器械，诊断率和治愈率为100?和91.18?（32/35）。微型腹腔镜组术后并发症为2.30? （1/34），开腹组为16.03?（5/31），两者相比ARR为13.04?，NNR为7.2；微型腹腔镜组术后住院天数、镇痛剂应用和肠道功能恢复情况与开腹组相比较有显著意义。结论：女性原因不明的下腹部急腹症可考虑首选微型腹腔镜探查，必要时对复杂疾病可在微型腹腔镜指导下选择切口行开腹手术。 关键词：急腹症 微型腹腔镜 Feminine underbelly acute abdominal pains surgery way discussion Wang Dinghai Abstract:Objective:Discusses the feminine underbelly acute abdominal pains the surgery.Methods:The review analysis during 2005~2009 years apply the miniature peritoneoscope or open 66 example reason unclear feminine underbelly acute abdominal pains patient?s clinical material which the abdomen surgery treats.Results:The miniature peritoneoscope group diagnoses rate is 94.26 ?
