The concept of mother tongue acquisition
Acquisition (acquisition) refers to the process in which children acquire their own language in the language learning theory. Humans can acquire language, because human beings have other animal do not have the language acquisition mechanism (language acquisition device LAD), the baby after birth, by virtue of the language acquisition mechanism, in the role of the environment, in the past four or five years, can learn spoken language. Linguists have made a thorough study of childrens mother tongue acquisition and put forward different theories of language acquisition. From this point of view, the concept of mother tongue acquisition should include not only the acquisition of childrens mother tongue, but also the second acquisition of the mother tongue of primary and secondary school students. At present, time-consuming and low efficiency exist in Chinese teaching in primary and middle schools in our country, fundamentally speaking, is contrary to the laws of language learning, doing too much of the text analysis, do all too much exercise, the relation between the life and the lack of lack of real language practice, namely the lack of language acquisition.
