《运动生物化学》理论教学大纲（Theoretical syllabus of exercise biochemistry） Theoretical syllabus of exercise biochemistry (for four year social sports majors) I Preface Sport Biochemistry is a major subject in sports human science. From the study of molecular motion and chemical composition of the body between the mutual adaptation, movement in the course of body material and energy metabolism and regulation of the law, to enhance physical fitness, to provide theory and method to improve athletic ability. This program is written on the basis of the first edition of sports biochemistry, adapted to the use of Physical Education Majors in Institutions of higher learning.
