This system uses an array of Lighting Emitting Diodes (LEDs) radiating at 622nm, which is within the visible bands of the imager. The light from LEDs is projected through a fresnel lens and the target plane to the pupil of the projection lens. We can evaluate the scanner’s dynamic performance by analyzing the position of images and their relationship. This paper introduces the design of the high-performance dynamic instrument’s projection lens and illumination system, and also introduces the experiment which means to test every part’s performance.
