It includes many branches, such as the international trade law, the international technology transfer law, the international investment law, the international financial law, the international tax law and so on. The course of international economic law systematically summarizes the basic theories and basic knowledge of international economic law, covering the main contents of the main disciplines or branches of the subject area of international economic law. Understanding, mastering and applying the basic theories and basic knowledge in the field of international economic law, and correctly analyzing and solving the actual legal problems in the field are the general guiding principles of the curriculum.
