31建设项目职业病危害评价规范（31 construction project evaluation standards of occupational hazards） Code for evaluation of occupational hazards in construction projects 2005-12-22 1. general provisions 1.1, in order to standardize the evaluation of occupational hazards in construction projects, this regulation is formulated in accordance with the law of the Peoples Republic of China on the prevention and control of occupational diseases. 1.2, this specification applies to new construction, expansion, reconstruction, construction projects and technical transformation, technology import and other projects (hereinafter referred to as construction projects) of occupational hazards pre evaluation and control effect evaluation.
