Principles of constitutionalism construction for the purpose of constitutionalism originated in western society, but since the beginning of this century, with the birth and developing of the socialist system toward modernization, the concept of constitutionalism has a broad connotation. Socialist constitutionalism has become an important component of constitutionalism, and because of the characteristics of the socialist system, the socialist constitutionalism must be different from the traditional constitutionalism in the western society. It is not only logically difficult to transplant the constitutional principle respected by western society, but also is not feasible in the integrated form of system and culture. Therefore, the construction of socialist constitutionalism has its own distinctive features. Different from the traditional constitutional view of the western society, the principle of socialist constitutionalism is not based on the logic of power restriction, abstract human rights protection, and the two elements of politics and law.
