基于USB2.0的数据采集系统研究

摘要：为方便地获得多路小电流的温度信号，设计了基于USB2.0的16通道数据采集系统。讨论了基于USB采
集系统的设计，包括系统的硬件和软件程序设计。其中系统硬件采用USB2.0接口芯片CY7C68013和具有电流
电压转换功能的A/D芯片DDC316实现小电流数据的采集、传输；软件设计部分包括系统的固件程序、驱动
程序、用户的应用程序3部分。数据采集系统具有最大20 ks/s的采样速率，16位分辨率，采样精度小于1%，系
