At present there are 10 kinds of official seals in meat quality inspection. Among them，the seal for pork requiring deep processing currently belongs to the category of bio- safety disposal seals for diseased pigs and pig products，being applied to pork from sow and boar that havent been castrated on time. In the authors opinion，this seal shouldnt be classified to the bio-safety disposal category.
