摘要：利用光照调节人体生理节律治疗一些疾病已开始受到社会的关注。光疗作为非药物治疗手段，具备有效、
方便、安全、副作用轻微等优点，其主要治疗对象包括精神和情感障碍、睡眠障碍等。本文探讨了光疗的作用机
制、光疗适宜的光源以及利用LED作为光疗光源的发展趋势，分析了不同光谱成分的光线对人体的生物学效应，
提出了光疗还需更深入研究的建议。
