海口市老年人龋齿和口腔卫生保健调查分析 　　摘要：目的 了解海口市老年人龋齿和口腔卫生保健状况，为老年人龋齿的防治及口腔卫生保健工作提供基础资料。方法 采用分层随机抽样的方法，在海口市四个区抽取65～74岁老年人共875人，进行口腔健康检查。结果 牙冠有龋检出率、因龋填充率、因龋失牙率、龋失补率分别为48.10%、21.00%、38.30%、70.70%。男女间牙冠补齿率和龋失补率差别有统计学意义（P0.05）。男女牙冠龋均分别是0.96、1.35，冠龋均女性比男性高（Z=-2.759，P=0.006）。男女牙冠充填均数分别为0.32、0.51，女性牙冠充填均数高于男性（Z=-2.953，P=0.003）。目前根龋检出率为22.10%，牙根充填率为2.40%，牙根龋失补率为56.70%。73.80%的老年人有饭后漱口的习惯，66.40%的老年人会早晚刷牙，65.80%的老年人会借助牙签来维护口腔卫生。多因素分析显示会借助牙签来维护口腔卫生和每3个月更换牙刷影响龋齿患病率。结论 海口市老年人龋齿患病率较高，而因龋填充率较低，有3成多的老年人没有早晚刷牙的习惯，因此应该加强对老年人口腔健康教育，加强对老年人口腔疾病治疗，进而逐步提高老年人口腔健康水平。 　　关键词：老年人；龋齿；口腔卫生保健 　　Abstract：Objective To understand the status of dental caries and oral health care in the elderly in Haikou City，and to provide basic data for the prevention and treatment of dental caries and oral health care in the elderly.Methods A total of 875 elderly people aged 65-74 years were collected from four districts of Haikou City by stratified random sampling method.The oral health examination was carried out.Results The crown caries detection rate，caries filling rate，tooth loss due to caries rate，DMFT rates were 48.10%，21.00%，38.30%，70.70%.Between male and female crown dental rate and DMFT rate difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Male and female crown caries were 0.96，1.35，crown caries women than men （Z=-2.759， P=0.006）.The number of men and women are filling crowns were 0.32，0.51，female were higher than male crown filling（Z=-2.953，P=0.003）.The root caries prevalence rate was 22.10%，the root filling rate was 2.40%，the root DMFT rate of 56.70%.73.80% of elderly people have a habit of mouthwash after meals，66.40% the old people can brush teeth sooner or later，65.80% of the elderly will use toothpicks to maintain oral hygiene.Multivariate analysis showed that toothpicks were used to maintain oral hygiene and the dental caries prevalence was affected by the replacement of toothbrushes every 3 months.Conclusion The prevalence of dental caries in the elderly in Haikou City is high，and because of the low filling rat
