功能性矫治器及固定矫治器治疗前牙反牙合对比探究[摘要]目的:探讨功能性矫治器与固定矫治器在治疗前牙反牙合中的作用机制、效果及适应证。方法:选择50例应用功能性矫治器治疗的前牙反牙合,其中乳牙期8例,混合期23例,恒牙期19例;另50例采用固定性矫治器治疗的前牙反牙合,其中乳牙期5例,混合期15例,恒牙期30例。对两种矫治器各选择20个常用测量项目进行X线头影测量,并对治疗前后硬软组织的改变进行对比和分析研究。结果:功能性矫治器在治疗前牙反牙合后,通过X线头影测量数据分析,前牙反牙合不但有牙性改变,而且骨骼改变也较明显。而固定性矫治器在治疗后,X线头影测量数据分析,牙性改变较大,骨骼几乎没有改变。结论:功能性矫治器适用乳牙期、混合牙期、恒牙早期的骨性、功能性前牙反牙合的治疗;固定矫治器配合口内口外III类牵引装置适用于混合期、恒牙期、早期不严重的牙性、骨性前牙反牙合的治疗;对于成人严重的骨性前牙反牙合的病例,正畸与口腔颌面外科联合治疗才是最佳选择。 [关键词]功能性;固定矫治器;前牙反牙合 [中图分类号]R783.5[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1008-6455(2010)03-0395-03 Functional appliance and fixed appliance for treatment of anterior crossbite Comparative Study YANG Jian-ling,WANG Hao-xing (Henan Province Chinese Medicine Hospital Medical Center,Puyang 457000,Henan,China) Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the functional appliance and fixed appliance in the treatment of anterior crossbite in the mechanism of action, effects and indications.Methods 50 cases of application of functional appliance treatment of anterior crossbite, including 8 cases of deciduous,mixed,23 cases,19 cases of permanent dentition; the other 50 cases of use of movable appliances for the treatment of anterior crossbite teeth All,of which 5 cases of deciduous,mixed-phase 15 cases,30 cases of permanent dentition.The choice of the two kinds of appliance 20 commonly used measurements,X-ray cephalometry,and hard and soft tissues before and after treatment comparison and analysis of changes in research.Results Functional appliance in the treatment of anterior crossbite,after X-cephalometric data analysis,the former crossbite teeth are not only of changed,and bone changes are more evident.The fixity appliance after treatment, X cephalometric data analysis,the transformation of large teeth, bones hardly changed.ConciusionFunctional appliance for deciduous,mixed dentition,permanent teeth of early bone and functional anterior crossbite treatment; fixed appliance in the mouth with extraoral traction device class III suitable for mixed-phase, permanent dentiti
